Snow! Snow! (Lunta! Lunta!)

Snow! Snow! is new puppet theatre combined with experimental use of materials and a windy northern atmosphere. Snow! Snow! is a guaranteed winter and southern dreams.

The theme colour is white, on the stage mounts of flour, metres of styrofoam, a pile of sugar, a pinch of salt and a few rescue helicopters. The stage is filled with snow when Snow! Snow! predicts frost and blizzards for indoors despite latitudes or weather forecasts.

Puppet theatre group Dirty Duckling toils in arctic circumstances, their noses frozen and overalls covered in frost. On stage there are two researchers who in their dreams of heroism put off their going home while trying to acquire significant results out of their snow experiments. In the midst of all the snow and all the white hangs on the real hero of the story - the snow man. He is not interested in the snow or the white. He wants to stand out.

He wants to go to the South.

”And then some absurd humor in puppet theater. Finally! Snow! Snow! is a fine description of the meaning and meaninglessness of existence… ... Snow! Snow!’s like Chaplin’s Modern Times on a polar glacier. Vladimir and Estragoth of puppet theatre… ”Delightful”, said the Granny.”
