A Short-Sighted Princess and Other Frame Stories (Likinäköinen prinsessa ja muita kehyskertomuksia)

A Short-Sighted Princess and Other Frame Stories is an absurd and hysterical art exhibition where the characters of the paintings come to life and jump out of their frames. The stories in Short-Sighted Princess have been inspired by five paintings by artist Hanna Schroderus. The collaboration between three performers, one artist and five directors sprang up a performance full of colourful and funny episodes dealing with the difference between how children and adults experience things and the delicious world of colours.

”The play questions and challenges to think without too ready predigested explanations… …Dirty Duckling group’s piece is delicacy in its open-mindedness and sincerity. And maybe also an art educational bait.”
