Agatha, with Love

A Monday night murder mystery.

Who killed Olof Palme? What about the young campers at Lake Bodom, or Kyllikki Saari, or princess Diana? And what about those ten little n........boys?

A detective duo spiced with strong black tea and the great humour of miss Marple serves the audience some touching drama and whining death of puppets. The show is deeply touched and inspired by Agatha Christie’s works.

"The distinctive play written and directed by Merja Pöyhönen is - in all its enigmaticness - appealing, fun and even a bit suspenseful. The peculiar play plays with parallel and nested realities that are not meaningful to interpret on the level of logical cause-effect relationships. Under the witty and light-footed surface there’s a more serious level... ...Antti-Juhani Manninen and Timo Väntsi do a good job as well as the characters of the play as well as the puppeteers. I especially admired how quickly and efficiently Manninen and Väntsi managed to personalise all ten rodent characters."
